In the unlikely event of a breakdown or problem please give us a call to let us know. Often it’s something we can help with over the phone. If the camper van has broken down you are covered by our 24 hour roadside assistance and the number will be provided to you when you hire.

We offer a daily mileage allowance in our vans but of course you can go as far as you like within the U.K. but there is a minimal additional mileage charge. We only ask that you ensure you are back on time on the day of return or else it might impact hirers after you and a charge may be levied. We currently do offer trips to Europe or beyond,

Collections are normally arranged in the morning between 08:00 -10:00am and we ask that they are returned between the same times. If however you have a particular request to collect or return the vehicle at an earlier or later time we are happy to discuss, however there may additional charges.

If you are driving to us, you can leave your car in the space where we usually keep the camper van for the duration of your trip (at your own risk) free of charge. This is on street parking in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

We are located in Bournemouth in the BH9 area.

Each vehicle will indicate what type of fuel is required so please be ensure that the correct fuel is used.

Currently our vehicles can seat 5 people 1 driver, 2 front seat passengers and 2 rear seat passengers. In terms of sleeping arrangements the vehicle itself can sleep 4 although we have accepted 5 if one is a small child who can squeeze in with parents. This vehicle is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

We provide a drive-away awning free of charge with each booking.

Our van is very well insulated and has a built-in gas heater to keep you as snug as a bug in the winter. We love to camp in the winter months.

There are some very good websites or apps that will help you find a great place to camp, including pitchup.comsearchforsitespark4night and Campercontact. We promote responsible camping where you should ‘leave no trace’ or even ‘leave it better’, and obviously you should only stay where overnight camping is permitted and you must dispose of rubbish and waste responsibly. Hirers are responsible for any parking enforcement and penalty charge notices.

You can choose to go off grid if you wish as our campervan has a 12v leisure battery that powers the fridge, tap, lights and USB sockets. This battery gets charged when driving, or via solar panels on top of the van. The elctircal cables for the hooked up are provided and will also charge the leisure battery when hooked up. When on hook-up at campsites the 2 electrical sockets can be used to power electric items (iPads, laptops, chargers,).

Small woofers are welcome, however there will be an additional fee. Kindly let us know before booking if you would like to bring your pet.

Absolutely no smoking is allowed in any van. If evidence of smoking is found a valeting charge will be taken from your security deposit.

We accept booking requests through our website. We are also listed on a number of other camper van hire platforms and listing sites that you could use instead. Please contact us if you have any queries or special requirements.

The security deposit is £700 and is payable by card prior to the start of the hire period. This is to cover the insurance excess in the unlikely event of an accident and the possibility of any damage to the camper van, fixtures or equipment during the hire. The security deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of the end of the hire less any cost of repairs, replacement, refuelling or cleaning charges and you will be provided with an itemised invoice detailing those costs. Kindly note any traffic related offences and parking fines will be forwarded on to you as the driver of the vehicle at the time.

You must notify us in writing via email to cancel your booking. Charges may apply depending on how far in advance you cancel. See our terms and conditions.
